Out of the box. Out of the comfort zone. Out of my fave colors. This painting is actually kind of trying other color which I never used before neither on my painting nor on my scrapbook layout. It’s purple! Yes. I use one of my buddies’ favorite colors for the background and I really love the end result.

Scrapbook on Canvas

Finally, I’ve done with my project scrapbook on canvas. Using a photo transferred technique and adding some embellishments, this project is ready to display.

Stamping Background on Canvas

Another background for your scrapbook on canvas. Try to make it by yourself using your fave acrylic paint colors. Add textures/words with some stamps. When your background is ready, you can start to make your layout on canvas. I will post mine soon.

Collage by Mistake

Actually, i made some mistakes when pouring the acrylic paints for the background. I didn't get the colour and the look I wanted. Hmmmm... what should I did with this messy - unbright background ?? I really didn't like the colour.

Then, a title painting of Donna Downey gave me an idea to finish mine.
I used the title and I added some rub-ons, cutting flowers and felts for the embellishment. Of course, I also put some red colour on it.
What do you think ?

Generations

4 generations. My grandma, my mom, myself and my daughter. All are females. We are the eldest daughter in our big family.

My grandma is 86 years old right now, we thank God for giving her a good health.

Two are Better

These two kids are the very special gift God ever gives us. They fill the happiness in our family.

One daughter and one son, it’s just perfect!

Listen to Your Heart

Using 2 small pieces of canvas I try to make this painting. Again, scrap papers are very useful for this project.

Sometimes the whisper of your heart gives you a hint to think of what you have to do. Whatever it is, whether it is good or bad, believe me, always follow the good one.
